John Keells Holdings (JKH),
whose origins date back to 1873, is a public quoted company in the
Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) and has been ranked No: 1 amongst the
listed companies for the last three consecutive years by the Lanka
Monthly Digest and Business Today (two business magazines in Sri
Lanka, based on turnover & profits, assets, shareholder funds,
market capitalization and share profiles).
The group was the first and the only
Company to date in Sri Lanka to raise capital overseas by way of
Global Depository Receipts (GDRs). JKH is currently listed on the
Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded over-the-counter at all major
stock exchanges.
